Tsunami

It's all about the wave; it's about the Tsunami that is coming!  In Webster's dictionary, a tsunami is also known as a Tidal Wave.  One of the meanings of Tidal Wave is any wide spread or prevalent movement.  This Tsunami that is coming is God's Spirit being poured out on all flesh. (Acts 2:17).

Let me explain how I know about this Tsunami that is coming.  It was in September of 1997, the beginning of my second year in Bible school.  It was a very pleasant evening and I was standing and talking with my frends Jim and Ryan in front of their apartment.  As we were talking these words popped into my mind: spiritual shaking, earth quaking, Tsunami making, Power of God.  I thought, "Where did this come from?" I did not know much about tsunamis or anything like that.  But the words just stayed there in my mind over and over and I kept hearing this phrase "Spirit shaking, earth quaking, Tsunami making, Power of God".  So I told Jim and Ryan about the phrase and then things started to happen.  It seems that in the Bible that when great spiritual things happened here on earth there was an earth quake.  For example, when Jesus died on the cross there was an earth quake or "a great shaking of the ground."  So as we continued talking we discovered that a tsunami is caused by an earth quake or some kind of underground disturbance.

At the epicenter of the disturbance, the wave (tsunami) starts only as a small ripple, but builds stature and momenum as it moves in all directions.  And by the time it reaches land, it is a huge wave that causes mass destruction, as we have seen in the past.  A tsunami is a very destructive force, but this Tsunami of God's is only destructive to the darkness of this world.

The Wave is representative of the Holy Spirit moving across this earth saturating men's hearts with the love of Jesus Christ.  Crumbling the walls of denominationalism and bringing unity to the Body of Christ.  This Tsunami will be a wave of Love!

Come be apart of this wave! But, to ride a wave like this one... you have to put yourself in God's Hands.
